Modulus Value added Reseller (VaR) Program

The Value added Reseller (VaR) program allows clients to build on top of the M4 trading platform framework to create custom solutions that can be sub-licensed to brokerages or other 3rd party distributors.

Under the VaR program, a company can purchase a discounted license of the M4 trading platform and then customize and enhance the application by programming additional features, APIs or data services.

Resellers may then independently market the software to brokerages worldwide and Modulus may help market the software if requested.

Resellers may mark the software up by several hundred percent, potentially earning tens of thousands of dollars on each sale while Modulus charges a small license fee for each brokerage or distributor.

We hesitate to provide figures but under our VaR program, developers and resellers may potentially earn tens or even hundreds of thousands annually especially with our marketing help and 15 year track record in the industry.

While the Modulus VaR program provides a new business model for startups and supplemental revenue for many existing businesses, it also allows brokerages, software companies and professional traders a way to recoup their small upfront investment in our products and services.

The VaR program requires Value added Resellers to maintain a current subscription for the M4 trading platform, add value to M4 and not simply resell M4 as-is, adhere to certain pricing guidelines and provide responsive technical support services for the customized product to all clients.

We have also added new features to M4 and made it more affordable for individual developers, traders and brokerages alike. We guarantee that you cannot develop or license a comparable trading application with source code at a lower cost.

Our VaR program makes sense no matter if you need to save time, money or have someone to turn to when you need technical help and business guidance in the financial software industry.

Please note that this program is for those who wish to market to re-distributors, such as brokerages who will then distribute the application further to their end-users. The VaR program is not required for software vendors intending to market the software directly to their own end-users. We do not charge royalties to first-level software licensees. Requirements
