Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement explains how Modulus Global, Inc. (“Modulus,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our websites, including modulusglobal.com and its related Modulus domains (the “Site”), and through the Modulus MCP server at mcp.modulusglobal.com.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, website, and the message you send. If you schedule a meeting through a third-party scheduling tool linked from the Site, that provider collects the details you enter to book the meeting. We also automatically collect basic analytics and server log data, including page views, IP address, browser and device user-agent, and similar technical information. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and measure usage.

When you request a free Modulus MCP API key, we collect the information you provide on the request form: your name, company, phone number, email address, and the project category you select, together with your consent choices and basic attribution data such as the page you came from, referrer, campaign parameters, locale, time zone, browser user-agent, and a hashed form of your IP address. We store this information as a sales lead, deliver your API key by email, and may contact you in accordance with the consents you give on the form.

When your AI uses the Modulus MCP server, the server never receives your source code, repository contents, logs, credentials, or proprietary project text. It receives only the structured category selections your AI uses to request relevant guidance. We record those selections, the guidance versions returned, API key activity, response timing, a hashed form of the calling IP address, and the name and version of the connecting client application. We use these records to operate the service, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, improve the guidance library, and understand which financial technology problems users are working on. When the guidance includes an optional link to a Modulus service, the link carries a random referral identifier and we record whether it was visited.

We use the information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and prepare for meetings, operate, secure, and improve the Site, understand how the Site is used, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as analytics, email delivery, hosting, payment processing, and scheduling providers. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or systems. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Statement, to respond to your inquiries, and to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

For the Modulus MCP server specifically, our operational retention periods are: raw server request logs, 30 days; security and abuse-prevention logs, 90 days; structured MCP usage records, 24 months; email delivery records, 24 months; consent records, for as long as needed to document the consent given; revoked API key and authorization records, retained to prevent reuse and investigate abuse; and lead records, for as long as they remain commercially relevant or until you ask us to delete them. We do not retain source code, because the service never receives any.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations. Use our contact form to make a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.

This Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute relating to this Statement will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
